Ok so some follow up: After several reboots, issue still comes up. I thought it may have to do with something related to Chrome browser stable, so I purged it, thinking it was related to an add in or extension. Rebooted. Fired up Built in Chromium. Signed in as usual. Shut down Chromium. Rebooted. Upon login, opened terminal, performed a 'sudo apt-get update', same error. Ran 'sudo apt-get upgrade' and it installed 39.8 MB of data. Next step will be a shut down and report back in the morning. 10 hours of school work and my brain is baked
I'll post any further error messages I get that may be related, but all fingers point to editing the sources.list file, but like I said, that dude is blank like my mind is right now
