It works nowI posted the question on askubuntu.com
(Link)Thom Mekelenkamp answered that i should prepare the usb with
Rufus and it worked.
When I booted I added mem=2024M to the line that appears when I pressed tab when in the menu where I choose "Start Uberstudent in compability mode".
It didn't work when I chose "Start Uberstudent" and i can't remember if I ever tried with compability mode before. I hope I am smart enough to have tried it earlier but who knows?. When i chose "Start Uberstudent" this time I didn't get a kernel panic error. there wasn't any text at all.
So, to anyone with the same problem:
1. Make the usb with Rufus (besides the fact that it worked, it was faster than UNetbootin and provided the ability to check if the usb was working properly)
2. Boot in compability mode.
PS. How do i change the title so that it says [SOLVED]?
