I want to carry around my UberStudent on a USB, and I imagine that architecture of the computer I happen to be using at the time might be at issue, but on other distros, I can run from the USB without issue and even save customizations; during the install process using Universal USB Installer, it gave me the opportunity to create a 4gb space for saving customizations, but it does not have that option when it was setting up UberStudent. UberStudent wasn't listed in all the distros of their particular software.
Can I carry around UberStudent on a USB and just use it that way, customizations saved and all, or must it be installed on a 'normal' computer?

UberStudent can be set up with "persistence" on a USB drive using Unetbootin, which is preinstalled in UberStudent or available at http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/
