I tried to install jdownloader 2 and after a while I succed. Before I Uninstalled the old jdownloader by Ubuntu Software Center.
At the end I found the old .Jdownloader folder in /home with some file and two icon of new JD2 in Applications ->Internet with a third one called Jdownloader update and rescue.
How can I clean everything ?
the folder JD2 is in /opt and there is an uninstall file
I tried with sudo apt-get purge jdownloader but terminal says there is not any jdownloader installed but in home I have a folder called .jdownloader with some files on it.

What can I do?

How did you install the new jdownloader? By running the shell script jd_unix_0_9.sh from their site? Did you run that shell script as root?

The file is JD2SilentSetup_x86.sh and used the follwing command in terminal:

chmod +x JD2SilentSetup_86.sh

sudo ./JD2SilentSetup_86.sh

It appears the screen with installation , I followed it till the end accepting what it was suggested.
The folder JD2 is in /opt
That's all

Looking over the script, it does a whole lot more than just place a few files into opt. If you really want to get rid of it, reinstall UberStudent. In the future, you might wish to test things like this in a Virtual machine.

UPDATE: Honestly, looking over this more, I'd stay away from jdownloader. There's a reason it's not in the normal repositories and never, ever will be. For example, all the PPA version does is download an "updater," which then does whatever it does. Try uget, instead.

Right, stuff can get in to the Ubuntu Software Center that cannot make it in to the normal Ubuntu repository. I have mixed feelings about that.
